What Strata is
Strata Capital is a 1-to-1 marketing and referral service that connects business owners with vetted, direct lenders. Strata is not a lender, does not make credit decisions, does not issue commitments, and does not guarantee that you will be approved or receive any particular terms. All financing is provided by and subject to the review of third-party lenders.
No guarantee; informational only
Any figures, examples, timelines, or descriptions on this site are general and illustrative. They are not an offer, a quote, or a guarantee of rates, amounts, or approval. Your actual options depend entirely on the lender's underwriting of your specific situation.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, truthful information and to deal directly with any lender I introduce you to. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to accept any lender's offer.
Third-party lenders & regulated products
Lenders in my network are independent third parties with their own terms, disclosures, and privacy practices. Real-estate-secured products — including commercial real estate financing and home equity lines of credit — are arranged through licensed third-party lending partners and involve additional consumer disclosures and requirements.
No advance fees
You are never charged a fee by Strata before financing is in place. Strata does not assess, collect, or solicit advance fees from applicants.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strata is not liable for the actions, terms, decisions, or omissions of any lender, or for any outcome of a financing you pursue. The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Florida.
Changes
I may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
