By using our request system, you agree that Strata's sole function is to logically match your stated business profile into a 1-to-1 connection with a licensed third-party direct lender.

2. Indemnification

You agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless Strata Capital Partners, its developers, associates, and executives from any claims, disputes, or losses deriving from your subsequent interactions with the third-party direct lenders mapped through our network. Once a 1-to-1 capital introduction is made, Strata exits the legal workflow entirely. All subsequent financial contracts executed are strictly between the matched entity and your enterprise.

3. Informational Accuracy & Calculators

The algorithmic deployment calculator and analytical tools provided on this platform are designed strictly for estimation and educational purposes. Calculating potential capital tranches using our UX models does not constitute a legally binding guarantee of capital delivery, nor does it override third-party institutional underwriting standards based on real commercial data.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary brand architecture, visual design ("Midnight Opulence"), analytical calculators, logic maps, and underlying copywriting are the explicit intellectual property of Strata Capital Partners or its contracting engineers. Unauthorized extraction, duplication, or deployment of these elements carries immediate legal penalties under state and federal law.

5. Governing Law

These operating terms follow the statutory boundaries established by the State of Florida. By submitting data to our marketing architecture, you unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdictions of Florida's commercial courts for any regulatory disputes.
