Who I am
Strata Capital ("Strata," "I," or "me") is a 1-to-1 marketing and referral service operated from Miami, Florida that connects business owners with vetted, direct lenders. Strata is not a bank or lender.
What I collect
When you submit the contact form, I collect the information you provide: your name, business name, business email, phone number, the funding amount and type you're interested in, and any notes you add. I also use privacy-respecting website analytics (Google Analytics 4) that collect standard, non-identifying usage data such as pages viewed and general location.
How I use it
- To understand your situation and determine whether a lender in my network is a fit;
- To make a single, direct introduction to one lender you authorize;
- To contact you about your request by phone, text, or email, with your consent;
- To improve the website and respond to your questions.
The one-to-one model — your data is never sold
This is the core of how Strata operates. Your information is shared only with the single lender you authorize for your request. It is never sold, auctioned, or shared with broker pools, lead aggregators, or marketing networks. Your phone will not be handed to fifty strangers.
Your consent and how to revoke it
By submitting the form, you provide express consent to be contacted by Strata and one designated lender only with your express consent. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may revoke consent at any time by emailing me at the address in the footer, and your information will not be used for further outreach.
Cookies & analytics
The site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate usage. You can block cookies in your browser settings. No advertising or cross-site tracking networks are used.
Data retention & security
I keep your inquiry only as long as needed to assist you or as required by law, and take reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but your data is handled on a need-to-know, one-lender basis.
